PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY.

BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT,” OR BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD AND AS A CONDITION TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING FH’S PRIVACY POLICY.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS. THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO USE OUR SERVICES.  THE USE OF OUR SERVICES AND FH’S PROVISION OF OUR SERVICES TO YOU CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT BY FH AND BY YOU TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. 

Thank you for your interest in Financial Harmoney (“FH,” “we,” or “us”) and our financial coaching services at www.financial-harmoney.com refers to our (“Site”) and other services provided by us.  The information provided is strictly the opinion of FH and does not constitute any financial, legal or other type of advice.  We also do not provide investment advise.  All decisions made by you, the client are independent and does not involve FH or its staff.  These terms of service are a legally binding contract between you and FH regarding your use of our Services.  Information provided on this site related to financial coaching is subject to change.

You must be 18 years old to use our Services.  By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are 18 years old; (b) you have not been suspended or removed from our Services.

If you are signing up for Services with FH, you may be required to provide some information about yourself, such as your name, email address, and other personal information.  You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date.  You may not provide false information or impersonate someone else.

By using our services you agree not to: (a) use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law; (b) you agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through this Site; (c) perform fraudulent activity including impersonating any person or entity, claiming false affiliation, or falsifying your age or date of birth.

FH reserves the right to determine pricing for our Services.  FH may change the fees for any feature of our Services, including additional fees or charges.  All Services are subject to the Cancellation Policy described below.  Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged.  All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non–refundable.  

You authorize FH to charge all sums for the orders that you make to the payment method you specify.  If you pay with a credit card, FH may seek pre–authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your purchase.

Our Services may include automatically recurring payments for periodic charges (Subscription Service).  If you sign–up for a Subscription Service, you authorize FH to periodically charge, on a going–forward basis and until cancellation of either the recurring payments or your account.  The Subscription Billing Date is the date when you purchase your first subscription to our Services.  Your account will be charged automatically on the Subscription Billing Date.  The subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it.  You must cancel a subscription at least 30 days prior to the next Subscription Billing Date in order to avoid billing for the next Billing Date.

Cancellations received three (3) or more business days prior to an event or coaching session for which a fee has been paid, a full refund shall be provide to the registrant. Cancellations  or withdrawals made three (3) or more business days prior to an event or coaching session for which a fee has been paid may elect to role over any remaining coaching sessions or choose another workshop of equal or lesser value. Remaining coaching session/replacement workshop must be selected at the time of cancellation/withdrawal.  If participants do not register for a new session or workshop within 30 days, all payments will be forfeited.  No refund will be issued.  No refund or credits shall be provided for withdrawals made within three (3) business days. No-shows for a consultation will be invoiced the full cost of the service.

If you violate any provision of these Terms, your authorization to access our Services and these Terms automatically terminate. In addition, FH may, at its sole discretion, terminate these Terms or Services at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. You may terminate our Services and these Terms at any time.

FH AND ITS STAFF ARE NOT CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERS.  THE SERVICES AND ANY RECOMMENDATIONS, INFORMATION, OR ADVICE MADE AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO THE SERVICES, IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.  NONE OF THE SERVICE CONTENT SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL ADVICE.  SERVICE CONTENT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL ADVICE.

FH DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE RESULTS OF OUR SERVICES.  YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON OUR SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISK ASSOCIATED THEREWITH, AS ALLOWABLE TO THE EXTENT OF THE LAW.  OUR SERVICES SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A RECOMMENDATION OR OFFER TO SELL OR PURCHASE ANY PARTICULAR INVESTMENT.  YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR USING YOUR OWN JUDGMENT TO ASSESS INFORMATION PROVIDED BY FH AND ITS STAFF IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SERVICES.  FH DISCLAIMS ANY GUARANTEE OF RESULTS OR OUTCOMES OF ANY OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS OR ADVICE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE USE OF OUR SERVICES AND SERVICE CONTENT.
